About
Mr. Hranka is a Managing Director at Coker where he leads the sell side M&A team and works to enhance Coker’s relationships with the private equity community. He brings approximately 15 years of experience within healthcare as an investment banker and has facilitated M&A transactions totaling $5B+ in enterprise value for clients. He provides a wide range of services that include sell side and buy side M&A, joint-ventures, divestures, carve-outs, and other strategic advisory engagements for private and public clients in physician practice management, multi-site, consumer/retail healthcare, behavioral health, health systems, payors and other areas of healthcare.
Prior to joining Coker, Andrew worked in healthcare investment banking at William Blair, Baird and Cain Brothers. He started his career at Ernst & Young in the healthcare performance improvement group advising Fortune500 healthcare providers and payors.
