Brittany Wulf

Brittany Wulf is a senior manager of the People Operations team at

Coker. She has a background in healthcare information technology (HIT)

project management and her experience in system implementations led

her to become more interested in the people side of consulting rather than

the systems. Brittany built and executed all People Operations initiatives

(recruiting, onboarding, training and development, compensation analysis,

employee engagement, performance management, organizational

planning, and team development/effectiveness) that supported and

promoted a unified and forward-thinking company culture at Healthcare

Program Advisors, a Coker Company. She ensured that the company’s

programs and processes were aligned with and promoted the

organization’s core values.
