Justin Pierce is a senior vice president at Coker. His primary area of expertise is in guiding healthcare organizations through the complex financial and operational challenges pertaining to their hospital-based physician specialties. He utilizes his background in financial analysis, revenue cycle management (RCM) optimization, utilization and efficiency studies, staffing model review, contract negotiations, and compensation benchmarking to evaluate current performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
