About
Leah Milano is a vice president at Coker. She is a proven leader in
consulting, project management, and operational management roles, with
over 30 years of experience working in revenue cycle operations and IT,
including Acute Care and Ambulatory Provider Services. Throughout her
career, Leah has developed extensive knowledge and understanding of
patient access, charge description master, charge capture, billing,
collections, A/R, revenue integrity, payer authorization, contract
management, revenue recovery, and payment validation.
Additionally, Leah has spoken at multiple meetings for organizations such
as the American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management
(AAHAM), the Massachusetts Association of Patient Account
Management (MAPAM), and the Healthcare Financial Management
Association (HFMA).
Experience

optimize system performance, improve AR management through the
use of analytics, and implement change management projects.
