He brings over five years of M&A experience across investment banking, family office, and corporate development roles covering a variety of industries. His experience includes managing the M&A lifecycle from initial strategy development to transaction execution for both buy side and sell side engagements for transactions ranging from $5MM to $300MM in enterprise value.
Prior to joining Coker, Matt worked as a senior associate with the corporate development team at Knowles Corporation where he focused on strategic acquisitions to drive shareholder value.
