These services include supporting various alignment initiatives, including business valuations for mergers and acquisitions, tangible and intangible asset valuations, financial analysis and modeling, due diligence reviews, professional services agreements, fair market value and commercial reasonableness reviews of hospital-physician compensation arrangements, and other areas of financial and operational analyses.
