Patrick Campbell, MHA

Patrick Campbell, MHA, is a senior manager at Coker. He is a seasoned healthcare leader with diverse experience in ambulatory practice transformation, improvement, and digital strategy. Having worked with several large Academic Medical Centers (AMCs) on digital and access transformation and improvement initiatives, he is well-versed in industry trends (both things that work and, more importantly, things that do not work). Patrick is Epic Cadence certified and has led the development of an industry-leading patient access and capacity management program through innovative scheduling, template, and capacity monitoring metric strategy, while leading another AMC to full ambulatory care model transformation via remote call center and support services centralization (delicately merging staff members from multiple entities into one collaborative team). He has also led and assisted in remote nurse triage, CRM, and artificial intelligence implementations.
