Robert Mordkin, MD, FACS
About
Dr. Mordkin is the Chief Medical Officer for NorthGauge Healthcare Advisors, a Coker Company. His extensive clinical and leadership skills align with the needs of NorthGauge’s clients and growth, and his primary responsibility at NorthGauge is in the expansion and management of the physician clinical review team.
A busy surgeon, Dr. Mordkin has served as the Chief of Urology and the Director of Robotic and Laparoscopic Surgery at the Virginia Hospital Center in Arlington, VA. He has also been a longstanding member of the medical executive committee and clinical risk team.
A prior U.S. Navy Reserve officer, he is a Diplomat of the American Board of Urology, a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and a member of the American Urological Association and the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons.
Dr. Mordkin also serves as the Chief Medical Officer for LetsGetChecked, an international healthcare company, where he oversees a team of nationwide clinicians and provides input on strategy.
