- Provided valuation and financial advisory services to healthcare organizations, primarily related to pre- and post-transaction due diligence and regulatory compliance with the Medicare and Medicaid fraud and abuse laws (Anti-Kickback Statute), and Physician Self-Referral Regulation (Stark Law).
- Performed analyses related to physician compensation fair market value assessments, including but not limited to valuations of clinical, call coverage and medical directorship services using the market and cost approaches.
- Prepared business valuation assessments for private medical practices, primarily utilizing the income approach (discounted cash flow method) and the market approach (completed transactions method and guideline public company method).
- Provided litigation support services related to forensic investigations, valuations, and economic damages.
