Brendan Cash is a vice president at Coker, where he leads the Quality of Earnings and Financial Due Diligence practice. He brings more than nine years of experience across healthcare transaction advisory and external audit, with deep expertise supporting private equity sponsors and investment banks on buy-side and sell-side transactions. His transaction experience spans a wide range of healthcare subindustries, including behavioral health and addiction services, physician practice management, dental and vision care, therapy and rehabilitation, home and hospice services, healthcare technology, pharmacy and medical distribution, and wellness platforms.
He has advised on some of the most complex and high-profile healthcare transactions, including the largest behavioral health transaction to close in 2024 and the largest dental services organization transaction in 2025. Brendan typically supports transactions in the $5–25 million EBITDA range, with a technical focus on Quality of Earnings, Quality of Revenue, Working Capital, and provider compensation.
Having built and scaled multiple diligence practices organically, he brings a disciplined, investor-oriented perspective on risk identification, value drivers, and execution across the transaction lifecycle.
