Stephen Ross, a senior vice president with Coker, has over 20 years of industry experience successfully leading health system strategy and business development. His work encompasses mergers and acquisitions, physician practice/health system integration, medical staff development, physician compensation plan design and advisory, and organization strategic financial performance.
Stephen specializes in assisting healthcare organizations in hospital-physician alignment transactions, physician needs assessments, compensation valuation, strategic service line evaluations and business planning, and financial performance improvement. He has extensive experience with independent practice and health system-employed multi-specialty practice strategy, physician and medical staff development, Stark, Anti-kickback, and related services.
He is a Fellow of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (FHFMA) and is a Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE). He is also certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt.
