Taylor Cowart is a senior manager with Coker’s financial and hospital operations services division. She works predominantly in the provider strategy and physician enterprise arenas, providing clients with consultative assistance for alignment and integration, mergers and acquisitions, provider compensation review and design, service line development, and strategic and tactical planning for health systems and other provider organizations. Ms. Cowart also works with accountable care era response and preparation, helping clients respond to value-based reimbursement changes and developing population health management strategies, including provider distribution methodologies.
